Located steps Santa Barbara's State Street shopping district, this property was acquired in 2016 with a business plan to capture the value of an unparalleled location. The project was entitled for 21 units ranging from 1 to 2 bedrooms and townhouses, with a private parking garage and commercial street frontage.
