After strategic acquisition, our in-house construction team executes our creative vision. With three generations of construction experience in Santa Barbara County since 1957, Vernon Construction has built 90 custom residences, 500 multifamily units, and numerous commercial and mixed-use projects.
Province Land Company leads the property-and-asset management. Our management branch strives to create and sustain the best possible communities for residents while ensuring the continued long-term asset performance to create the best possible value for investors.
